摘　　要：文章以上海市某小区更新改造工程项目为例,通过梳理政府、街道、居民、设计等各方需求,结合造价限额控制,在项目前期有针对性地制定城市社区更新的实施方案;采用三维激光扫描技术对原有社区空间及建筑物进行全面的数据采集,辅助精细化、高效率的设计。从城市层面探讨如何通过社区再营造实现城市的可持续更新策略,总结出适用于稳定居民社会关系、保持城市多样性的“保留—延续—提升”有机更新模式,以期为上海城市更新发展提供新的思路和对策。Taking an renewal remolding project in Shanghai as an example,this paper sorts out the needs of the government,street,residents and design to draw up implementation plan for urban community renewal in the early phase of the project in combination with cost limit control;it employed 3D laser scanning technology to comprehensively collect data of the original community space and buildings for facilitating refined and efficient design.This paper discusses how to realize sustainable urban renewal strategies by means of community remolding from the urban level,and summarizes an organic renewal model of“reserving–continuation–improvement”that is suitable for stabilizing social relations of residents and maintaining urban diversity,hope to provide new thought and measures for urban update and development of Shanghai.
