摘 要:为了提高小直径高频焊管的焊接质量,通过调整焊接温度和挤压量,利用GLEEBLE-3500热/力试验机对小直径管的高频焊过程进行了模拟。模拟试验温度选定为1100℃、1150℃、1200℃、1250℃、1300℃和1350℃,挤压量分别为1 mm、3 mm、5 mm和7 mm。对模拟焊接接头进行了微观组织观察和力学性能试验,并将模拟焊接接头与实际高频焊管接头性能进行了对比。研究结果表明,当焊接温度不低于1200℃、挤压量不低于3 mm时,高频焊接头具有优良的性能。In order to improve the welding quality of small diameter high frequency welded pipe,the welding process was simulated with GLEEBLE-3500 thermal/mechanical testing machine by adjusting the welding temperature and extrusion amount.The simulated test temperatures were 1100℃,1150℃,1200℃,1250℃,1300℃and 1350℃,and the extrusion quantities were respectively 1 mm,3 mm,5 mm and 7 mm.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the simulated welded joints were observed,and the properties of the simulated welded joints were compared with those of the actual high frequency welded pipe joints.The results of simulation and actual welding show that the high frequency welding joint has excellent performance when the welding temperature is not less than 1200℃and the extrusion capacity is not less than 3 mm.
