摘 要:在加氢反应器法兰密封面耐蚀层堆焊过程中,采用传统手工焊接的方法会存在焊接质量不稳定、后期加工困难和周期长等问题。针对这一问题,设计了一种法兰密封面全位置TIG自动堆焊设备,通过电气控制实现了焊接自动移距换道和变径后焊接速度的恒定,并且全位置最多可分为24个焊接区域,通过调节不同区域焊接工艺参数,能够使整个密封面获得合格的焊接质量和成形良好的堆焊层,并且焊接工艺评定结果满足技术要求。In the process of surfacing process the corrosion-resistant layer of the flange sealing surface of the hydrogenation reactor,the traditional manual welding method has problems,such as unstable welding quality,difficult post-processing and long cycle.In view of this problem,a full-position TIG automatic surfacing equipment for flange sealing surface is designed.Through electrical control,the welding speed can be automatically shifted and the welding speed is constant after changing the diameter,and the whole position can be divided into up to 24 welding areas.Adjusting the welding process parameters in different areas can make the whole sealing surface obtain qualified welding quality and well-formed surfacing layer,and the welding process evaluation results can meet the technical requirements.
