摘 要:青年编辑作为高职学报期刊编辑队伍的主力军,其职业心理已成为制约我国学术期刊发展的重要因素。文章从高职学报青年编辑的心理现状出发,分析了影响青年编辑心理状况的原因,包括工作负担重,身份边缘化,职称评审、职务晋升受限等,并从编辑个体和单位组织层面提出了通过培养积极健康向上的心理意识;夯实基本功、提高业务水平、获得职业认同感;建立单位、社会激励机制;完善晋升渠道、细分职称评审细则;扩宽职业发展渠道,提升青年编辑薪酬福利;加强团队建设,丰富编辑业务生活等方面的应对策略。As the main force of the editorial team of higher vocational journals, young editors’ professional psychology has become an important link restricting the development of academic journals in China.Starting from the psychological status of young editors of higher vocational journals, this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the psychological status of young editors, including heavy workload, marginalization of identity, limitation of professional title evaluation, post promotion, etc.,and puts forward the coping strategies such as cultivating positive, healthy and upward psychological consciousness from the level of editors and units, consolidating basic skills, improving professional level and obtaining professional identity, establishing unit and social incentive mechanism, improving the promotion channels and detailed rules for the evaluation of professional titles, expanding career development channels and improving the salary and welfare of young editors, strengthening team building and enriching editing business life.
