摘 要:双泵串并联供排水是船舶系统用于应对不同运行背压的有效措施,能够大幅节省系统功耗,提高系统运行可靠性,因此需要对双泵串并联供排水系统启动运行特性进行研究。根据已有实验数据及泵组运行参数,在Flowmaster中搭建供排水系统仿真模型并进行仿真计算,对背压0.304 MPa,1.520 MPa,2.432 MPa三种工况下,关阀启动和变频启动2种启动方式进行对比分析,得到了不同工况下双泵串并联系统流量、扬程、水功率等参数的变化规律。双泵串并联系统结合变频启动运行方式能够有效降低系统能耗,提高泵组与系统运行的匹配性。The effective method for the operation of the supply and drainage system of ships under variable back pressure is the technology of series-parallel connection of two pumps,for the reduction of the operating power and the improvement of the operating stability are both significant.Flowmaster is used to build the simulation model and perform numerical simulation based on experimental data and pump set operating parameters to further reveal the start-up and operation characteristics of the supply and drainage system with the technology of series-parallel connection of two pumps under three working conditions in different of back pressure of 0.304 MPa,1.520 MPa,2.432 MPa.Contrastive analysis was carried out between the startup mode of variable frequency and valve shutoff as well as the regulations of the performance parameters of the system such as flow rate,head and power under different working conditions.The reduction of operating power and the improvement of the matching performance of the pump set to the working condition is significant for the use of variable frequency startup mode double pump series-parallel connection system.
