摘　　要：利拉鲁肽是一种治疗糖尿病的新型药物,具有降低血糖、控制体重的重要作用。近些年大量实验证明利拉鲁肽可以通过多种信号通路调节骨代谢和炎症反应,在骨质疏松症、糖尿病、牙周炎等多种疾病中起骨保护作用。本文将对利拉鲁肽影响骨代谢的机制及其在不同疾病中的促进成骨作用进行综述,为利拉鲁肽在口腔疾病中的治疗应用提供理论基础。Liraglutide is a new drug in the treatment of diabetes,which plays an important role in reducing blood glucose and controlling body weight.In recent years,a large amount of experimental evidence has shown that liraglutide can regulate bone metabolism and inflammatory response through a variety of signaling pathways,which plays a bone protective role in osteoporosis,diabetes,periodontitis,and other diseases.This article reviews the mechanism of liraglutide affecting bone metabolism and its osteogenic effect in different diseases,which provides theoretical basis for the application of liraglutide in the treatment of oral diseases.
