摘　　要：选区电沉积是基于增材制造理念所发展出的一种新型制备技术,其优势在于能够在工件表面局部区域进行定点、定形地沉积金属材料。主要介绍了选区电沉积技术的主要类型,论述该技术的原理与特点,总结其发展和研究现状,指出了选区电沉积技术的现有不足及发展趋势。Selective area electrodeposition is a new type of preparation technology developed based on the concept of additive manufacturing.Its advantage lies in that it can deposit metal materials in a fixed point and shape in a local area of the workpiece surface.This paper mainly introduces the main types of selective area electrodeposition technology,discusses the principle and characteristics of this technology,summarizes its development and research status,and points out the existing shortcomings and development trends of selective area electrodeposition technology.
