摘  要:研究了热变形工艺参数对TA15合金显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,随变形量的增加,合金室温强度先降低后升高,断后伸长率则持续下降;增大变形速度会降低合金综合力学性能;950℃变形温度下合金具备优良的综合力学性能。显微组织分析发现,等轴的初生α相与基体上规则排列的次生α相使合金具备较高的强度与塑性;长条状的初生α相、球化的次生α相、片层的次生α相都会降低材料性能,实际锻造生产中应避免此类组织的出现。The effect of thermal deformation process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of TA15 alloy has been studied.The results show that the strength at room temperature first decreases and then increases with the increase of the deformation amount,while the elongation after fracture continues to decrease.Increasing the deformation speed will decrease the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy.The alloy has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties by deformation at 950℃.The microstructure analysis shows that the equiaxial primary α phase and the secondaryαphase which regularly arranged on the basal body make the alloy have higher strength and plasticity.The elongated primaryαphase,spheroidized secondaryαphase and lamellar secondaryαphase can degrade the material properties.Such structures should be avoided in actual forging production.
