摘 要:主要对P20模具钢在不同退火温度和保温时间下的组织和硬度进行研究,分析不同退火工艺路线对其显微组织的影响,进一步研究组织与硬度的关系。首先通过晶粒粗化试验确定最佳正火温度为870~900℃;其次通过不同工艺的等温退火和亚等温退火试验可知:当加热温度高于Ac_(1)时,组织球化不完全,存在片层状珠光体组织;当加热温度低于Ac_(1)一定范围时,组织球化良好,粒状碳化物细小均匀,因此,通过本试验得出最佳球化退火温度范围(700~750℃)+(600~690℃)。This paper mainly studies the microstructure and hardness of P20 die steel under different annealing temperatures and holding time,analyzes the influence of different annealing process routes on its microstructure,and further studies the relationship between structure and hardness.Firstly,the optimal normalizing temperature has been determined to be 870~900℃through the grain coarsening test;secondly,through the isothermal annealing and sub-isothermal annealing experiments for different processes,it can be seen that when the heating temperature is higher than Ac_(1),the spheroidization of the structure is not complete,and there are lamellar pearlite structures;when the heating temperature is lower than a certain range of Ac_(1),the spheroidization of the organization is good,and the granular carbides are fine and uniform.Therefore,the optimum spheroidizing annealing temperature range(700~750℃)+(600~690℃)has been obtained through this experiment.
