摘  要:热轧板带类轧机支承辊使用工况相对恶劣,导致因辊身局部接触疲劳引起掉肉的这一失效形式较为常见。通过实践发现,热轧板带类轧机支承辊辊身局部接触疲劳主要发生在辊身边部,使很多热轧板带类轧线因支承辊辊身边部局部接触疲劳导致掉肉的这类异常事故频发。通过对某热轧板带轧线支承辊掉肉规律的梳理总结、辊身边部局部接触疲劳演变过程的探索、支承辊在机磨损量的跟踪、支承辊辊身硬度和加工硬化的跟踪,对支承辊辊身边部局部接触疲劳这一失效形式进行了深入的探讨与分析,并提出了预防此类失效形式的措施,旨在对同类型轧线支承辊的使用维护起到借鉴和指导性的作用。The working condition of back-up rolls in hot strip rolling mill is relatively bad.It is common to peel due to local contact fatigue of roll body.Through practice,it is found that the local contact fatigue of the back-up roll body of hot strip rolling mill mainly occurs at the side of the roll body,so that many hot strip rolling lines often peel due to the local contact fatigue at the side of the back-up roll body.In this study,the failure form of local contact fatigue at the side of the backup roll has been discussed and analyzed through sorting out and summarizing the peeling rule of the backup roll in a hot strip rolling line,exploring the evolution process of local contact fatigue at the side of the roll body,tracking the wear amount of the backup roll on the machine,tracking the hardness of the backup roll and work hardening,and the measures to prevent such failure form have been proposed,The purpose is to provide reference and guidance for the use and maintenance of backup rolls in the same type of rolling line.
