摘 要:本研究基于超高斯分布的数学模型,对光纤耦合半导体激光器在泵浦功率为5~50 W时的输出光束的横向光强分布进行研究。采用CCD型光斑分析仪对试验进行测量,同时借助数据分析软件将采集到的试验数据与超高斯函数进行拟合对比分析。试验结果显示,当泵浦功率小于5 W时,光强分布曲线与k为1的高斯型分布曲线相吻合;当泵浦功率大于10 W时,光强分布曲线与k为1.5的超高斯分布曲线相吻合。试验证明,用超高斯分布模型来描述光纤耦合半导体激光器在实际运行中大功率泵浦光的光强分布,比高斯分布模型更符合实际的光强分布。Based on the mathematical model of super-Gaussian distribution, the transverse intensity distribution of the output beam of the fiber-coupled semiconductor laser at the pump power of 5 ~ 50 W is studied. The CCD light spot analyzer is used for experimental measurement, and the collected experimental data are compared with super-Gaussian function by data analysis software. The experimental results show that when the pump power is less than 5 W, the light intensity distribution curve is consistent with the Gaussian distribution curve with k = 1. When the pump power is greater than 10W, the intensity distribution curve coincides with the super-Gaussian distribution curve with k = 1.5. Experiments show that the super-Gaussian distribution model is used to describe the intensity distribution of high-power pump light in the actual operation of fiber-coupled semiconductor lasers, which is more in line with the actual intensity distribution than the Gaussian distribution model.
