摘 要:预应力高强钢丝绳加固技术是近几年应用在桥梁加固上的新技术,此方法采用小直径的预应力高强钢丝绳结合锚固系统对已经出现裂缝的桥梁实体进行加固,对原结构施加主动应力,以达到加固的目的。本研究选取某二级公路桥在其加固前后分别进行静载试验。结果表明:预应力高强钢丝绳加固后各工况下平均挠度最大降低幅度为-49.94%,最大挠度最大降低幅度为-51.01%,残余挠度均呈现一定幅度的降低,证明加固后梁的强度和刚度均得到较明显的改善,抗弯承载能力明显提高。Prestressed high strength steel wire rope reinforcement technology is a new technology applied to bridge reinforcement in recent years. This method uses small diameter prestressed high strengthening steel wire rope combined with anchorage system to reinforce the cracked bridge entity, and applies active stress to the original structure to achieve the purpose of reinforcement. In this study, a secondary highway bridge is selected to carry out static load test before and after reinforcement. The results show that the maximum reduction range of average deflection is-49.94%, the maximum reduction range of maximum deflection is-51.01%, and the residual deflection is reduced to a certain extent, which proves that the strength and stiffness of the strengthened beam are significantly improved, and the bending capacity is significantly improved.
