皖北小麦生长过程中土壤腐殖质组成与含量变化特征研究

摘  要:采用紫外-可见光谱和三维荧光光谱法研究了皖北小麦三个生育期土壤腐殖质组成和含量特征。结果显示,四个功能区小麦生长过程中土壤样品紫外-可见光谱表现出相同的特征,吸光度随波长的增加而下降。小麦生长过程的三个时期,皖北农业区、居民区、交通区土壤总有机碳(TOC)均高于工业区。根据三维荧光光谱图可以看出,皖北地区小麦苗期土壤DOM样品中在紫外可见光区有类富里酸峰和类蛋白荧光峰,但除工业区以外的三个功能区仅含有类富里酸峰,说明土壤中富里酸物质的含量相对较多。各功能区小麦三个时期土壤样品中富里酸的含量随着小麦的生长而下降。苗期阶段交通区富里酸所占百分比小于其他三个功能区;抽穗开花期阶段农业区富里酸所占百分比大于其他三个功能区;成熟期交通区富里酸所占百分比大于其他三个功能区。The composition and content characteristics of Soil Humus in three growth stages of wheat in Northern Anhui were studied by using UV-vis spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the UV-vis spectra of soil samples in the four functional areas showed the same characteristics, and the absorbance decreased with the increase of wavelength. In the three stages of wheat growth, the total organic carbon(TOC)of soil in agricultural area, residential area and traffic area in Northern Anhui was higher than that in industrial area.According to the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum image, there are fulvic acid like peaks and protein like fluorescence peaks in the UV visible area of soil DOM samples at the seedling stage of wheat in Northern Anhui, but there are only fulvic acid like peaks in the three functional areas except the industrial area, indicating that the content of fulvic acid in soil DOM is large. The content of fulvic acid in soil samples decreased with the growth of wheat. The content of fulvic acid in the traffic area at seedling stage was lower than that in the other three functional areas.At heading stage and flowering stage, the content of fulvic acid in agricultural area was higher than that in other three functional areas;the content of fulvic acid in the mature traffic area is higher than that in the other three functional areas.
