摘　　要：随着科学技术的飞速发展,生物医药领域的专利申请在国民经济产业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于生物医药领域技术方案相应的技术效果有着较强的不可预期性,这对专利申请说明书的撰写提出了相对较高的要求,本研究从专利申请说明书公开不充分的法条制定目的和含义理解出发,结合具体案例,例举了导致生物医药领域专利申请中出现说明书公开不充分问题的常见情形并进行分析,以期科研人员能更多地了解审查实践,进一步提高专利申请文件的撰写质量,从而让科研成果得到更好的保护。With the rapid development of technology, patent applications in the fields of biology and pharmaceutics are playing a more and more important role in the national economy and industry. Due to the strong unpredictability of the corresponding technical effect of the technical scheme in the fields of biology and pharmaceutics, this puts forward relatively high requirements for the writing of the patent application in these fields. Starting from the understanding of the purpose and meaning of the formulation of the legal provisions of the insufficient disclosure of the patent application, combined with specific cases,this paper lists and analyzes the common situations that lead to the insufficient disclosure of the patent application in these fields, it is hoped that researchers can learn more about the examination practices through this study, and further improve the writing quality of patent application documents, so as to protect achievements of scientific research better.
