摘　　要：专利合作条约规制下的国际专利申请文献,是专利信息的重要组成部分,国际专利申请文献在著录项目的内容、发明名称、摘要等方面与普通专利申请存在明显差异,本研究结合具体文献对其特殊性进行了分析,便于社会公众更全面地理解PCT文献,及时准确地追踪技术发展前沿,更好地开展发明创造活动,促进经济社会发展和科学技术进步。The international patent application documents regulated by the Patent Cooperation Treaty are an important part of patent information. There are obvious differences in the contents, invention names,abstracts and other aspects of the description items of the international patent application documents.This study analyzes the specificity of the international patent application documents in combination with specific documents, so as to facilitate the public to understand the PCT documents more comprehensively and track the technological development frontier timely and accurately, We will better carry out invention and creation activities and promote economic and social development and scientific and technological progress.
