摘  要:为探讨营养小肽对养殖鱼类形体指标和生长性能的影响。在基础饲料中添加2.0%营养小肽,对投喂养殖52和128 d的异育银鲫进行形体指标(鱼体质量,体长,体高,内脏质量和肝质量)随机抽样检测,并对生长性能(质量增加率、特定生长率、肥满度、肝体指数、脏体比、饵料系数和成活率)进行评估。检测数据应用GraphPad prism 8.0软件进行方差和多重比较分析。形体指标结果表明,养殖52 d各项检测指标试验组优于对照组,差异显著(0.01<P<0.05),试验组间比较均无显著差异(P≥0.05)。养殖128 d,试验组的形体指标优于对照组,其中试验B组体质量和体高与对照组比较差异极显著(P≤0.01)。生产性能分析结果表明,养殖52 d,试验组成活率、质量增加率、特定生长率均大于对照组。养殖128 d,试验组成活率、质量增加率、肥满度均优于对照组。营养小肽作为养殖鱼类饲料添加剂,具有良好的促生长作用。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of nutritional peptides on growth character and growth performance of cultured fish.2.0%is added in the basal feed nutrition,nutritional peptide for feeding breeding 52 d and 128 d Carassius auratus gibelio to carry on physique indexes(fish body mass,body length,body height,visceral mass and liver)random sampling inspection,and on the growth performance(increase rate,specific growth rate,condition factor,liver index,dirty body ratio,bait coefficient and survival rate)for evaluation.Data were analyzed for variance and multiple comparisons using GraphPad prism 8.0 software.The results of the growth character showed that after 52 days of culture,the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was significant(0.01<P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the test groups(P≥0.05).After 128 days of culture,the body shape indexes of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the body weight and body height of experimental group B were significantly different from those of control group(P≤0.01).The results of growth performance showed that after 52 days of culture,the survival rate,mass increase rate and specific growth rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group.After 128 days of culture,the survival rate,mass increase rate and condition factor of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.As feed additives of cultured fish,nutritional peptide have good growth-promoting effects.
