摘  要:西藏拉洛水利枢纽工程德罗引水隧洞处于特殊的高寒高海拔地理环境,施工中人员和设备的降效幅度较大,对施工进度产生了较大影响。分析了人员设备降效的主要原因,影响因素包括缺氧、长隧洞小断面施工不利于有害物质排出和围岩遇水软化等。结合工程现场实际,提出在施工过程中采用冗余资源配置、动态流水施工组织等措施,使施工效率和资源达到最佳配置,取得了良好的效果,有效保证了施工进度。The special geographical environment of Deluo Diversion Tunnel of Laluo Hydro Project in high altitude and cold area in Tibet results in efficiency reduction of personnel and equipment, which will affect its construction schedule.The main causes for efficiency reduction of personnel and equipment were analyzed, mainly including hypoxia, long tunnel and small cross-section, which is disadvantage for the release of harmful gas and softening of the surrounding rock when encountering water.Combined with the practical situation of the project, the redundant resource allocation, dynamic flow construction organization and other measures were put forward and adopted in the construction process, so the best allocation of resources and construction efficiency have been achieved with satisfying outcome, which met the construction schedule.
