摘 要:为解决传统现浇混凝土防撞护栏施工机械化程度低,施工进度慢,施工质量难以把控等问题,依托杭州彭埠互通改建工程,研制了混凝土防撞护栏钢筋定位装置、防焊渣掉落台车、模板台车和混凝土养护装置,将防撞护栏施工进行模块划分,在不中断交通的情况下,实现了高架桥混凝土防撞护栏机械化、精细化、高质高效施工,达到了绿色环保要求。In order to solve the problems of low degree of mechanization,slow construction progress and difficult control of construction quality of traditional cast-in-place concrete anti-collision guardrails,relying on the Hangzhou Pengbu Interconnection and Reconstruction Project,a concrete anti-collision guardrail reinforcement positioning device and anti-welding slag drop platform were developed.Vehicles,formwork trolleys and concrete curing devices divide the construction of the anti-collision guardrail into modules.Without interrupting traffic,the mechanized,refined,high-quality and efficient construction of the concrete anti-collision guardrail of the viaduct is realized,and the green environmental protection requirements are realized.
