新时代基层红色博物馆建设的思考——基于黔东革命根据地为中心的考察

摘　　要：红色博物馆是纪念近现代历史上中国共产党领导人民群众进行革命斗争过程中的重要历史事件和杰出历史人物的纪念性博物馆。新时代我国基层红色博物馆建设已成勃兴状态,取得了很大成效,但是也存在许多问题。必须从机制体制改革、文物文化研究、现代技术利用、人才队伍建设和文创产品开发等各个方面继续进行改革创新,才能更好地发挥基层红色博物馆传承红色文化、进行思想教育、促进人类文明交流互鉴的作用,推进基层红色博物馆的高质量发展。The Red Museum is a memorial museum to commemorate the important historical events and outstanding historical figures during the revolutionary struggle of the generations of Chinese leadership people in modern history.In the new era,the construction of grass-roots red museums in China has been flourishing,and great achievements have been made,but there are still many problems.We must continue to carry out reform and innovation in the areas of institutional reform,research on cultural relics and culture,the use of modern technology,the building of a contingent of talents and the development of cultural and creative products,only in this way can the grass-roots red museums play a better role in inheriting the Red Culture,carrying out ideological education,promoting the exchange and mutual learning of human civilization,and promoting the high-quality development of the grass-roots red museums.
