摘　　要：加强研究生学习过程管理的目的是提高研究生的创新能力和实践能力。研究生学习过程具有阶段性的特点。分析了我校农学专业硕士研究生培养过程存在的主要教学问题,结合课题组指导研究生培养工作的实际情况,探索课程学习、选题与开题报告、课题研究、论文撰写与答辩等研究生学习主要阶段的具体管理措施,提出根据不同阶段的培养内容和任务,对研究生实施精细化的全过程管理。研究成果对于高校提高研究生管理水平、提升研究生培养质量,以适应新形势发展具有重要的现实意义。The purpose of strengthening the process management of graduate study is to improve the innovative ability and practical ability of graduate students.The process of postgraduate study is characterized by stages.Analyzed agronomy specialized graduate student in our school develop process of the main teaching problems,combined with the actual situation of group guidance work of graduate student training,exploring study,selected topic and the opening report,research and paper writing and reply graduate studies main phase of the specific management measures,put forward according to the different stages of training content and tasks,to carry out the fine whole process management for graduate students.The research results are of great practical significance for universities to improve the management level of graduate students and improve the quality of graduate students training to adapt to the new situation.
