摘  要:对普通光亮镍和以水合氯醛为添加剂的光亮镍镀层产品的韧性、显微硬度、电位和耐蚀性进行对比。结果表明,在普通光亮镍镀液中添加水合氯醛后,镍镀层的显微硬度由563 HV提高到710 HV,电位正移了93 mV。水合氯醛添加剂对光亮镍镀层的力学性能及抗腐蚀性能有明显的改善作用。The toughness, microhardness, potential, and corrosion resistance of nickel coatings prepared from the common bright nickel electroplating bath with and without chloral hydrate as an additive were compared. The results showed that the microhardness of the nickel coating was increased from 563 HV to 710 HV, and its potential was shifted by 93 mV after adding chloral hydrate to the electroplating bath. Chloral hydrate plays a role of improving the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of bright nickel coating.
