摘 要:采用含有Zn^(2+)50 g/L和浓硫酸150 g/L的基础电解液,在温度38℃、电流密度500 A/m^(2)的条件下电积锌6 h。研究了明胶、乙二醇、FS-101抑雾剂等3种有机添加剂单独使用或复配使用时对电积锌过程中槽电压、电流效率、能耗和阴极极化行为的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了所得锌的微观形貌和晶相结构。结果表明,电解液同时添加10 mg/L明胶和10 mg/L FS-101抑雾剂时电流效率可达96.69%,能耗为2582.3 kW·h/t,所得锌细致、均匀,表面平整,晶面取向以(101)为主。Zinc electrowinning was conducted in an electrolyte mainly composed of Zn^(2+)50 g/L and concentrated sulfuric acid 150 g/L at temperature 38℃ and current density 500 A/m^(2) for 6 h.The effect of the addition of gelatin,ethylene glycol,and FS-101 acid mist suppressor individually and two or all of them together to the electrolyte on the cell voltage,current efficiency,energy consumption,and cathodic polarization behavior during the process of zinc electrowinning was studied.The micromorphology and phase structure of the zinc deposit were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Xray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the current efficiency could be up to 96.69%and the energy consumption was 2582.3 kW·h/t when 10 mg/L of gelatin and 10 mg/L of FS-101 acid mist suppressor were used in combination,and the zinc deposit was compact,uniform,and smooth with a preferred orientation of(101)crystal plane.
