摘 要:研究了温度、处理时间,以及着色剂的种类和浓度对ZL104铝合金在磷酸-铬酸体系溶液中化学氧化后外观和耐蚀性的影响。先采用含4 mmol/L Ag^(+)的磷酸-铬酸化学氧化液处理10 min,再采用未添加Ag^(+)的磷酸-铬酸化学氧化液处理10 min,所得膜层呈深灰色,与铬酸阳极氧化膜的颜色非常接近,并且耐蚀性良好(耐点滴腐蚀时间长达247 s),满足ZL104铝合金铬酸阳极氧化膜局部破损修复的要求。ZL104 cast aluminum alloy was chemically oxidized in a phosphoric-chromic acid solution.The effects of temperature,treatment time,as well as type and concentration of coloring agent on the appearance and corrosion resistance of oxide film were studied.The oxide film prepared in a phosphoric-chromic acid solution with 4 mmol/L of Ag^(+)for 10 min followed by in the one without Ag^(+)for 10 min was dark gray,which was similar to the oxide film formed by anodization in chromic acid,and it featured excellent corrosion resistance as shown by a duration time to dropping corrosion up to 247 s,meeting the requirements of repairing the locally worn chromic acid anodizing film on ZL104 aluminum alloy surface.
