摘 要:通过对窑炉预熔区电极截面高度方向建立等效电场模型,研究不同电参数条件下电极截面高度方向上电流分布变化,结合GFM仿真结果验证,研究最佳的窑炉预熔前区电极功率分布,为电极失压问题提供解决思路。结果表明:随着投料量增大,电极截面高度方向温差分布变大,加大电流会加剧这种局部过热现象,基于电场模型分析结合仿真验证,探索出最佳的窑炉前区电参数分布。By establishing an equivalent electric field model in the direction of the electrode section height in the pre-melting area of the kiln,the current distribution change in the direction of the electrode crosssection height under different electrical parameters is studied,and the optimal electrode power distribution in the pre-melting area of the kiln is verified by combined with the GFM simulation results,so as to provide a solution for the problem of electrode voltage loss.The results show that with the increase of the feeding amount,the temperature difference distribution in the height direction of the electrode cross-section becomes larger,and the increase of the current will aggravate this local overheating phenomenon,based on the electric field model analysis combined with simulation verification,the optimal electrical parameter distribution in the pre-fumace area is explored.
