摘　　要：音乐教育是本科生艺术教育的基础教学内容,是实施素质教育的重要组成部分,如何根据自身条件深化教学管理体系改革,提高音乐表演专业人才的培养质量,是独立学院转设过程中亟待解决的问题。以聊城大学东昌学院为例,通过梳理独立学院在转设过程中音乐表演专业教学管理的现状及不足,结合实际工作经验,探析了新形势下独立学院音乐表演专业教学管理体系改革的有效对策,以期为优化独立学院音乐教学管理体系提供参考。Music education is the basic teaching content of undergraduate art education and an important part of the implementation of quality education.How to deepen the reform of teaching management system according to their own conditions and improve the training quality of music performance professionals is one of the difficulties that need to be solved in the process of the transfer and establishment of independent colleges.This paper takes Liaocheng University Dongchang College as an example,and explores the effective countermeasures of music performance teaching management system reform under the new situation based on the analysis of the current situation of professional teaching management and its deficiencies and the authors’practical work experience,in order to provide a reference for optimizing the music teaching management system of independent colleges.
