摘 要:研究医学模拟教育在妇产科教学中的应用效果。选择2021年于南华大学附属第一医院见习的临床班学生共96人为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各48人;对照组进行常规教学,观察组在对照组的基础上采用医学模拟教学方法,对比两组学生的教学效果。调查结果表明:观察组理论考试、临床技能考试及病例分析的分数均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的提高学习兴趣、提高综合分析能力及教学满意度等教学效果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。医学模拟教学方法可以显著提高学生的学习成绩、临床技能操作能力、学习兴趣及综合分析能力。The research is to study the application effect of medical simulation education in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.A total of 96 clinical students enrolled in our hospital in 2021 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 48 students in each group.The control group received routine teaching,while the observation group adopted medical simulation teaching method on the basis of the traditional teaching method of the control group,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.The survey results showed that the scores of the theory test,the clinical skill test and the case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of learning interest,the comprehensive analysis ability and the teaching satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Medical simulation teaching method can significantly improve students’academic performance,clinical skill and operation ability,learning interest,and comprehensive analysis ability.
