摘 要:目前,我国公共卫生与预防医学博士研究生教育正处于飞速发展阶段,尤其是在全球新冠肺炎疫情的影响下,国际公卫博士研究生在培养目标、招生方式、科研环境、毕业就业等方面倍受关注。在全面了解国内外公卫博士研究生招生与录取、课程设置、培养体系、毕业与就业等培养情况的基础上,重点总结了国外高校公卫博士的培养模式和管理特点,并分析了与国内高校公卫博士研究生培养机制的异同,进而揭示了培养模式中亟待解决的问题,为国内高校公卫博士研究生培养模式的建立和完善提供了借鉴。At present,China’s doctoral education in public health and preventive medicine is in a stage of rapid development.Especially under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic,international public health doctoral talents training have attracted much attention in terms of training objectives,enrollment methods,scientific research environment,graduation,and employment.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the postgraduate enrollment and admission,the curriculum setting,the training system,the graduation and the employment of the public health doctoral students at home and abroad,this study summarizes the training mode and management characteristics of overseas public health doctoral students,analyzes the similarities and differences with China’s public health PHD training mechanism.Then it points out the urgent problems in the training mode,which provides a reference for the establishment and improvement of the training mode of public health doctoral students in China.
