基于文献计量的国内个人养老金研究进展

摘　　要：基于2018-2022年6月CNKI数据库的227篇文献,借助CiteSpace软件对国内个人养老金研究的现状、热点及演变趋势进行可视化分析。研究发现:一是相关研究发文数量呈现显著的上升趋势,发文作者具有“小聚集、大分散”的特点且相互联系较弱,高载文量期刊和高被引文献的作者分布较为集中;二是“第三支柱”“养老保险”“第二支柱”“养老金融”“税收递延”等是国内个人养老金研究的热点领域;三是研究主要围绕个人养老金与多支柱养老保险体系、个人养老金的税收支持政策、个人养老金的国际经验和个人养老金与养老金融等4个方面展开;四是研究经历了个人养老金试点阶段、多支柱养老保险体系完善阶段、个人养老金启动和发展阶段。Based on the data of 227 papers in the CNKI database from 2018 to June 2022,this paper visually analyzes the current situation,research hotspots and evolution trend of domestic individual pension research by using CiteSpace software.The research finds that:First,the number of relevant research publications shows a significant upward trend,the authors have the characteristics of"small aggregation,large dispersion"and weak correlation,and the distribution of high volume journals and authors of high cited documents is relatively concentrated;Second,the"third pillar","endowment insurance","second pillar","endowment finance"and"tax deferral"are the hot fields of domestic individual pension research;Third,the research mainly focuses on four aspects:individual pension and multi-pillar pension insurance system,tax support policy of individual pension,international experience of individual pension,individual pension and pension finance;Fourth,the research has gone through the pilot stage of individual pension,the improvement stage of multi-pillar pension insurance system,and the start-up and development stage of individual pension.
