摘 要:本文采用静电纺丝制备了一种聚丙烯腈/聚苯胺(PAN/PANI)复合材料。利用扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射等手段对制备的复合材料(CNFs)进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的PANI掺杂纳米纤维具交叉型3D纤维结构。复合材料元素主要由C元素、O元素和N元素构成。该CNFs材料可用于阿奇霉素的电化学发光检测,对阿奇霉素的线性检测范围为1.0×10^(-7)-9.0×10^(-5)μmol/L,线性相关系数R^(2)=0.999。检出限为5.9×10^(-9)μmol/L。在10、20、30μmol/L加标水平下的回收率为96.66%-102.59%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=3)。该方法选择性好,灵敏度高,可用于阿奇霉素的检测。In this paper, a polyacrylonitrile(PAN)/polyaniline(PANI) composite material was prepared by electrospinning, and carbon fibers were further generated with PAN and PANI as the carbon source and nitrogen source.Then, a new type of string-shaped carbon nanofiber was prepared.SEM,EDS,XRD and XPS were used to detect and analyze the morphology, structure and elements of the composite material.The results show that the prepared nano-level PANI-doped nanofibers have a cross-type 3 D fiber structure.The composite material is mainly composed of C,O and N elements.The carbon nanofiber material can be used for the electrochemiluminescence detection of azithromycin and affords to high sensitivity.The detection range of modified electrodes for azithromycin is 1×10^(-7)-9×10^(-5)μmol/L,and the linear correlation coefficient(R^(2)) is 0.999.The limit of detection(LOD) is 5.9×10^(-9)μmol/L.The recovery of samples spiked with 10,20,and 30 μmol/L is within 96.66%-102.59%.Relative standard deviation(RSD,n=3) is below 5%.The method described in this paper provides good selectivity and high sensitivity for the detection of azithromycin.
