摘  要:在斜拉桥的施工过程中,为确保结构安全,对重要构件进行健康监测尤为必要.以一座新建钢箱梁斜拉桥—中砂大桥为例,现场建立了施工期间的桥梁结构健康监测系统(BSHMS),对该桥主梁及主塔的施工过程进行了健康监测分析.采用不同的方法对拉索索力、塔梁温度、塔梁应力、主梁线形、主塔偏位等监测参数在重要施工工序节点进行实时监测,并分析了其随施工工序的变化趋势.结果表明:近塔端斜拉索索力随施工进度的推进呈缓慢减小的趋势;钢箱梁截面不同测点随施工工序呈现不同的应力变化趋势;塔梁结构的应力与温度具有较强的相关性;全桥合龙后塔梁线形顺畅,达到控制目标,可为同类型桥梁施工期间健康监测系统设计提供科学参考.In the construction process of cable-stayed bridge,in order to ensure structural safety,health monitoring of important components is particularly necessary.Taking a newly-built steel box girder cable-stayed bridge as an example,the bridge structural health monitoring system(BSHMS)during construction was established on site,and the health monitoring and analysis of bridge’s main beam and main tower were carried out during the construction process.Different methods were used to monitor the monitoring parameters such as cable force,tower beam temperature,tower beam stress,main beam alignment and main tower deviation in real time at important construction process nodes,and analyze their changing trends with the construction process.The results show that the cable force near the tower decreases slowly with the construction process.Different measuring points of steel box girder section show different stress variation trends with the construction process.The stress of tower beam structure has a strong correlation with temperature.After the closure of the whole bridge,the alignment of the tower beam is smooth and reaches the control goal.This study provides the health monitoring data of a steel box girder cable-stayed bridge during construction,and analyzes several monitoring indicators,which can provide a scientific reference for the design of health monitoring system during the construction of the same type of bridge.
