加载减速法异常测试结果的甄别方法研究

摘　　要：通过加载减速法测试结果影响因素分析,依据标准规范与质量控制要求建立加载减速法测试过程质控参数与加载减速法异常测试结果甄别方法,可实现甄别重点违规问题与违规主要对象,起到为排放定期检验日常监管提供可靠与有效技术支持之作用.实例测试结果数据样本分析表明,目前柴油车额定功率参数录入错误以及加载减速法测试过程中车辆油门把控欠规范等问题较为明显和突出,是造成加载减速法测试结果异常的主要原因之一.By analyzing the influencing factors of test results,the in-process parameters control and abnormal results identification of lug-down method can be established following the standard specifications and quality control requirements,which can identify violations and provide reliable and effective technical support for the daily supervision of regular emission inspection.The analysis of the test results shows that the main reason for the abnormal test results of the lug-down method is that the mis-input of the rated power of diesel vehicles and the improper throttle control,which are obvious and prominent in the current test.
