摘  要:对均四甲苯气相氧化制均苯四甲酸二酐催化剂进行介绍。均苯四甲酸二酐催化剂研究的重点在于催化剂反应机理、活性组分组成配方和成型工艺的优化。钒钛比例调变、金属掺杂等优化反应性能,新型成型工艺优化涂层结构与强度使均酐催化剂逐渐完善。今后还应将添加各种助剂,与催化剂制备及成型工艺优化相结合,进一步提高催化剂的收率、活性涂层的强度和运行稳定性。开发高均四甲苯进料负荷、高均苯四甲酸二酐收率兼顾长寿命的催化剂是下一步的研究重点。The catalysts for vapor-phase oxidation of durene to pyromellitic dianhydride were introduced.The research focused on the study in reaction mechanism,catalyst composition and optimizing of forming method.The reaction performances were greatly improved by optimizing the proportion of vanadium and titanium and the utilization of element doping.The new molding process optimizes the coating structure and strength of the catalyst.In the future,the addition of various additives should be combined with the optimization of catalyst preparation and forming process to improve the catalytic performance.It was proposed that the development of the catalysts with high-load operation,high yield of pyromellitic dianhydride and long life time was the future research direction.
