技能大赛对提升中职师生职业素养的影响——以航空服务职业技能大赛为例

摘　　要：为提升教师教育教学能力,激发学生学习专业技能的兴趣,达到“以赛促学共成长,以赛促教同提升”的目的,以全国航空职业院校空中乘务技能大赛和北京市职业院校技能大赛中职组航空服务赛项为例,阐述职业技能大赛对教师教育理念、职业道德、职业技能等方面的影响,并对大赛如何提升学生的学习观念、职业道德、职业技能等学生职业素养进行探析。结果表明:航空服务专业技能竞赛作为职业教育的一个重要环节,对中等职业学校航空服务专业有着重要的影响,显著提升了专业课教师和学生的职业素养。In order to improve teachers’education and teaching ability,stimulate students’interest in learning professional skills,and achieve the goal of“promoting learning through competition and grow together,promoting teaching through competition and promote together”,take the Inflight Service Skills Competition of National Aviation Vocational Colleges and the aviation service competition of secondary vocational schools group in the Vocational Students Skills Competition of Beijing as examples to explain the impact of vocational skills competition on teachers’education philosophy,professional ethics,professional skills,etc.It also analyzes how to improve students’learning concept,professional ethics,professional skills and other professional qualities.The results show that,as an important part of vocational education,the aviation service professional skills competition has an important impact on the aviation service specialty of secondary vocational schools,and significantly improved the professional quality of professional teachers and students.
