摘 要:提出了一种基于框架囊袋注浆扩孔预应力锚杆与微型钢管桩的深基坑支护工艺,其除“被动式”受力实现支护目的外,还可“主动”对土体性质进行改良,达到提升土体强度、降低施工成本的效果。阐述了该组合支护技术的工艺原理、特点以及施工工艺要点。实践表明,该工艺在温州银行瓯海大楼建设工程项目中得到了成功应用,证明其适用于周边环境复杂、施工空间狭窄的软黏土深基坑(基坑深度≤12 m)支护工程。A deep foundation pit support technology based on frame bag grouting and hole reaming prestressed anchor bolt and micro steel pipe pile is proposed. In addition to the "passive" force to achieve the support purpose,it can also "actively" improve the soil properties to improve the soil strength and reduce the construction cost.The technological principle, characteristics and key points of construction technology of the combined support technology are described. The practice shows that the technology is successfully applied in the Ouhai Building Construction Project of Wenzhou Bank, which proves that it is applicable to the supporting engineering of soft clay deep foundation pit(foundation pit depth ≤ 12 m) with complex surrounding environment and narrow construction space.
