摘  要:南京金融城二期C1塔楼结构高416 m,其伸臂桁架节点首次采用大型实心异形Q420GJC高强钢锻件。通过对锻件节点设计、焊接特点等问题进行探讨,提出锻件节点设计优化方案,并通过科学的锻造工艺控制锻件节点的锻造质量,有效避免锻件节点焊缝撕裂;考虑Q420GJC锻件材料、焊接顺序、焊接工艺参数、焊后消应力热处理等因素对焊接质量的影响,进行一系列焊接工艺试验,优化焊接工艺,制定合理的工艺技术措施,使得Q420GJC大型锻件在超高层建筑中得以成功应用,施工应用效果较好。The C1 tower of Nanjing Financial City Phase II is 416 m high, and its outrigger truss joints are made of large solid profiled Q420GJC high-strength steel forged components for the first time. Through the discussion of the joint design and welding characteristics of forged components, the optimization scheme of joint design of forgings is proposed;the forging quality of forging joints is controlled through scientific forging process to effectively avoid tearing of welding seam of forging joints;considering the influence of Q420GJC forging material, welding sequence, welding process parameters, post welding stress relief heat treatment and other factors on welding quality, a series of welding process tests are carried out, the welding process is optimized, and reasonable process and technical measures are formulated, so that Q420GJC large forged components could be successfully applied in super high-rise buildings, and the construction application effect is good.
