平台经济价格监管面临的困境和对策研究

摘　　要：中国平台企业价格违法行为主要是通过掠夺性定价、价格歧视和价格串联等方式实现的。相比传统经济领域,平台经济价格监管制度建设明显落后,平台经济价格违法行为更加隐蔽,平台企业盈利模式和盈利点难以监管,政府数字经济监管能力比较落后。平台经济一系列价格违法行为和无序扩张,与经济高质量发展要求不相符,也不利于市场经济的健康运行和消费者合法权益保护。应采取坚持促进市场竞争导向强化平台经济监管、加快健全明确的平台经济价格监管基准、压实平台企业合规定价的市场责任、提高政府监管的专业化水平等措施,不断强化平台经济价格监管,促进平台经济持续健康发展。The price violations of Chinese platform enterprises are mainly realized through predatory pricing,price discrimination and price fixing.Compared with the traditional economic field,the construction of the price supervision system of the platform economy is obviously backward,the illegal price behaviors of the platform economy are more hidden,the profit model and profit points of the platform enterprises are difficult to supervise,and the government’s digital economy supervision ability is relatively backward.A series of illegal price behaviors and disorderly expansion of the platform economy are inconsistent with the requirements of high-quality economic development,and are not conducive to the healthy operation of the market economy and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.We should promote market competition orientation and strengthen platform economy supervision,speed up the improvement of clear platform economy price supervision benchmark,implement the market responsibility for reasonable pricing of platform enterprises,and improving the professional level of government supervision and constantly strengthen the price supervision of the platform economy to promote the sustainable and healthy development of platform economy.
