摘 要:巷道掘进过程会产生大量粉尘,为了防止粉尘扩散污染巷道,采取计算机数值模拟方法,运用欧拉-拉格朗日法下的DPM模型对抽出式通风除尘进行仿真研究,分别对抽出式通风方式下的风筒抽风口距掘进面距离以及抽风筒风速进行仿真模拟。结果表明:在综合考虑的情况下,当风筒口距离掘进面5 m,抽风筒风速为8 m/s时,粉尘整体浓度和扩散范围都相对较低,除尘效果较为理想。A large amount of dust will be produced in the process of roadway excavation.In order to prevent dust diffusion from polluting the roadway,the computer numerical simulation method is adopted,and the DPM model under the Euler Lagrange method is used to simulate the extraction ventilation and dust removal.The distance between the air outlet of the air duct and the heading face and the wind speed of the air duct under the extraction ventilation mode are simulated respectively.The results show that under the condition of comprehensive consideration,when the outlet of the air duct is 5m away from the heading face and the wind speed of the exhaust duct is 8m/s,the overall dust concentration and diffusion range are relatively low,and the dust removal effect is ideal.
