摘  要:我国煤矿自然发火现象非常严重,其中存在自然发火问题的煤矿高达56%,这使得采空区充填密闭问题成为煤矿安全的重点问题。我国采空区充填技术主要有干式充填、水砂充填以及胶结充填3种,在传统水泥胶结混凝土充填中,水泥用量较高,占充填材料成本的30%~60%。提出一种泡沫混凝土充填材料,泡沫混凝土质量轻、流动性强、成本低,可以保持一定的强度,完全可以作为一种新型的充填体在煤矿采空区回填中使用。本文对泡沫混凝土试样的成型品质、纤维品质、干密度、吸水率、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度等参数的测试,通过正交试验对比分析确定了一种泡沫混凝土材料。数据结果表明,在以水泥为1800 g的基准条件下,泡沫量(ml)、纤维(g)、水(ml)、防水剂(ml)、减水剂(ml)、促凝剂(g)分别为360 ml、3 g、750 ml、5 ml、20 ml、90 g的配比下,试样综合性能最佳。The spontaneous combustion of coal mines in China is very serious,in which 56%of coal mines have the problem of natural combustion,which makes the problem of filling and closing goaf become the key problem of coal mine safety.There are three main Gob Filling technologies in China:dry filling,water sand filling and cemented filling.In the traditional cement cemented concrete filling,the amount of cement is high,accounting for 30%~60%of the cost of filling materials.A foam concrete filling material is put forward.Foam concrete is light in weight,strong in fluidity and low in cost.It can maintain a certain intensity and can be used as a new filling body in backfill of mined out areas in coal mines.In this paper,the test of foam concrete sample's molding quality,fiber quality,dry density,water absorption,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and other parameters is carried out.A foam concrete material is determined by orthogonal test.The data showed that under the condition of cement as 1800g,the foam content(ml),fiber(g),water(ml),water repellent(ml),water reducing agent(ml)and coagulant(g)were respectively 360 ml,3 g,750 ml,5 ml,750 ml,and 360 ml,and the performance of the samples was the best.
