摘  要:针对锦源煤矿中央内环水仓泥岩巷道围岩破碎的复杂地质条件,对中央内环水仓掘进工作面爆破工艺及支护技术进行研究;确定了采用湿式打眼、全断面一次光面爆破法掘进作业,并确定了工作面掘进爆破参数:炮眼间距、单孔装药量、炸药消耗量、炮孔深度、装药结构、起爆方式等。制定了巷道支护控制策略,并确定了使用双层锚网索锚喷支护的方案,现场对巷道锚杆索受力监测显示:围岩稳定性较好,锚杆索受力在正常范围内,支护效果较好。Aiming at the complex geological conditions of surrounding rock fragmentation of mudstone roadway of central inner ring water bunker in Jinyuan coal mine,the blasting technology and support technology of heading face of central inner ring water bunker are studied;The excavation operation of wet drilling and full section one-time smooth blasting method is determined,and the excavation blasting parameters of working face are determined:blast hole spacing,single hole charge,explosive consumption,blast hole depth,charge structure,initiation mode,etc.The roadway support control strategy is formulated,and the scheme of using double-layer anchor mesh cable bolt shotcrete support is determined.The on-site monitoring of the stress of roadway anchor cable shows that the stability of surrounding rock is good,the stress of anchor cable is within the normal range,and the support effect is good.
