摘　　要：世界市场思想是马克思在深入研究资本和资本主义全球扩张规律基础上形成的科学思想体系。从理论渊源看,马克思世界市场思想不仅是新时代中国参与世界市场的指导理论,而且为建构双循环新发展格局提供了指导思想。从现实发展看,双循环新发展格局是应对世界市场困境的重大战略,为新时代中国应对逆全球化、新冠肺炎疫情冲击以及实现国内产业结构升级提供了科学方案。新时代以创新发展马克思世界市场思想和构建双循环新发展格局为出发点,要坚持理论指导和问题导向合一,兼顾中国智慧和世界视野,完善顶层制度设计和基层执行联动机制,从而在推动构建双循环新发展格局基础上创新发展马克思世界市场思想。The thought of the world market is a scientific ideological system formed by Marx on the basis of in-depth research on the laws of global expansion of capital and capitalism.From the perspective of theoretical origin,Marx's world market thought is not only a guiding theory for China's participation in the world market in the new era,but also a guiding ideology for the construction of a new dual circulation development pattern.From the perspective of practical development,the new dual circulation development pattern is a major strategy to deal with the dilemma of the world market.It provides a scientific solution for China in the new era to cope with the impact of anti-globalization as well as the impact of COVID-19 pandemic,and to upgrade the domestic industrial structure.Taking the innovative development of Marxist world market thinking and the construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern as the starting point,China in the new era must adhere to the integration of theoretical guidance and problem orientation,take into account Chinese wisdom and global vision,and improve the top-level system design and grass-roots implementation linkage mechanism,so as to innovate and develop Marxist world market thinking on the basis of promoting the construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern.
