摘  要:研究了一种环氧胶粘剂与铝合金基材粘接接头的拉伸剪切疲劳性能,包括试验方法过程、测试结果分析、影响因素等。结果表明:粘接接头的拉伸剪切疲劳循环寿命,受剪切应力的振幅影响很大;随着应力振幅变大,循环次数迅速下降,二者的对数值呈明显的线性关系,拟合度约为0.98,疲劳未破坏接头试样的剩余剪切强度较大,物理打磨铝合金的粘接接头的拉伸剪切疲劳循环次数高于阳极氧化铝合金接头。The fatigue properties of epoxy resin adhesive joints with aluminum alloy in tensile shear,including ways and procedure of test,influence factors,relations and so on,were studied.The results show that cycles of fatigue are influenced by the stress amplitude.Cycles of fatigue will decrease rapidly,as stress amplitude is increasing.The logarithms of the two is linear relation,with degree of fitting about 0.98.The residual shear strength of unbroken joints after fatigue test is high.Cycles of fatigue limit of joints substrate by mechanic grinding is more than joints of substrate by anodized.
