摘 要:介绍了保温材料挤塑聚苯板(XPS)、膨胀聚苯板(EPS)和硬泡聚氨酯板(PUR)的参数和性能,研究分析了XPS、EPS、PUR保温材料的剪切粘接强度。结果发现:(1)当保温层剪切粘接面积大于35%时,保温层破坏程度随着粘接面积一同增大,但剪切粘接强度相对稳定;当剪切粘接面积小于35%时,保温层的破坏荷载和剪切粘接强度都有明显的下降趋势;当保温层粘接面积约45%时,保温层的剪切粘接强度最大。(2)缺陷的位置也会直接影响保温层的剪切粘接强度,缺陷位置越靠下,其越小;缺陷位置在边缘时,其最小。(3)缺陷形状也是影响保温层剪切粘接结强度的重要因素,当缺陷为菱形或三角形等有尖角的图形时,其最小;当缺陷形状为椭圆时,其相对较好;当缺陷形状为方块时,保温层剪切粘接强度最大。3种保温材料的剪切粘接强度变化基本规律一致,但由于受到自身性质的影响,也存在一定的差异。After introducing the parameters and properties of extruded polystyrene board(XPS),expanded polystyrene board(EPS)and rigid foam polyurethane(PUR)insulation materials,the shear bond strength of XPS board,EPS board and PUR board insulation materials was experimentally analyzed.The results show that:(1)When the shear bond area of the insulation layer is greater than 35%,the damage degree of the insulation layer will increase with the bond area,but the shear bond strength is relatively stable;when the area is less than 35%,the failure load and shear strength of the insulation layer have a significant downward trend;when the bonding area of the insulation layer is about 45%,the shear bond strength of the insulation layer is the largest.(2)The position of the defect will also directly affect the bonding strength of the insulation cup.The lower it is,the smaller the strength is.The strength is the smallest when the defect is at the edge.(3)The shape of the defect is also an important factor affecting the shear bond strength of the insulation layer.When the defect is a diamond or triangle shape with sharp corners,the strength is the smallest;when the defect shape is elliptical,the strength is relatively good;when the defect shape is square,the shear bond strength of the insulation layer is the largest.The shear bond strength of the three thermal insulation materials has the same basic rule,but there are also some differences due to their own properties.
