摘 要:研究不同纤维、纤维掺量及水胶比对混凝土工作性能的影响。在混凝土中分别掺入0%、1%、2%、3%的玄武岩纤维和聚乙烯纤维,并根据不同水胶比0.45、0.55、0.65分别配制混凝土试块,对混凝土试块进行坍落度、吸水率和碳化试验,并根据扫描电镜结果进行分析,结果表明:(1)在低水灰比的情况下,玄武岩纤维混凝土的坍落度下降率随着掺量的增加,而逐渐增加;聚乙烯纤维混凝土的坍落度下降率随着掺量的增加,显示先增加后减小;(2)纤维掺量的增加能够降低混凝土的坍落度和吸水率,提高混凝土的抗碳化能力,过量的纤维掺量则不会使混凝土的工作性能提高的较为明显;(3)水胶比越大,混凝土的工作性能越差。本试验混凝土纤维掺量以2%为宜,水胶比以0.55为宜。The effect of different fiber,fiber content and water binder ratio on the performance of concrete is studied.By adding 0%,1%,2%,3%basalt fiber and polyethylene fiber into the concrete respectively,and according to different water binder ratio(0.45,0.55,0.65),the concrete test block is prepared.The slump,water absorption and carbonation tests are carried out for the analysis of concrete test block,and the results obtained by SEM are analyzed.It is concluded that:(1)In the case of low water cement ratio,the slump decline rate of basalt fiber concrete first increases with the increase of the content,while that of polyethylene fiber concrete increases with the increase of the content,and then decreases.(2)The increase of fiber content can reduce the slump and water absorption of concrete,and improve the carbonation resistance of concrete,but the excessive fiber content will not improve the working performance of significantly.(3)The greater the water cement ratio,the worse the performance of concrete.Therefore,it is suggested that the fiber content of concrete should be 2%,polyethylene fiber should be added,and the water cement ratio should be 0.55.
