摘 要:为了研究SiO_(2)调质剂颗粒在熔融转炉渣中的熔解机理,提高其在转炉渣中的熔解反应效率,首先,采用原位观察法并利用超高温共焦显微镜观察温度在1430~1510℃之间时SiO_(2)颗粒在CaO-SiO_(2)-FeOMgO-Al_(2)O_(3)转炉渣体系中的熔解过程,研究温度、颗粒粒径对SiO_(2)颗粒熔解时间及速率的影响;其次,结合FactSage软件以及收缩核模型和实验数据拟合的方法揭示SiO_(2)颗粒的熔解动力学机理;最后,借助高温黏度测试仪测得转炉渣黏度,定义衡量SiO_(2)熔解速率的函数Δc_(SiO_(2))/η,并构建SiO_(2)颗粒的熔解动力学方程。研究结果表明:温度和颗粒粒径对熔解过程有明显影响,温度升高、粒径减小可提高熔解速率。函数Δc_(SiO_(2))/η越大,同粒径下颗粒在转炉渣中的熔解速率越快,SiO_(2)颗粒在五元系CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-MgOAl_(2)O_(3)转炉渣熔解时界面间无固态产物层形成,且颗粒熔解主要受化学反应机理控制,其表观活化能约为213.054 kJ/mol。In order to study the melting mechanism of SiO_(2)particle in converter slag and promote the melting efficiency,firstly,the dissolution process of SiO_(2)particle in CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)converter slag system was directly observed in HT-CSLM between 1430℃and 1510℃.The effects of temperature and particle size on the melting time and rate of SiO_(2)particle were studied.Secondly,the mechanism of melting kinetics of SiO_(2)particle was revealed by using FactSage software and the method of fitting experimental data with the shrinking core model.Finally,the viscosity of the converter slag was measured with the high temperature viscosity test,and the function Δc_(SiO_(2))/ηwas defined to measure the SiO_(2)melting rate.The melting kinetic equation of SiO_(2)particle was constructed.The results show that temperature and particle size have significant effects on the melting process,and the melting rate increases with the increase of temperature and the decrease of particle size.With the same particle size,the bigger the function Δc_(SiO_(2))/η,the faster the melting rate of particle in converter slag.There is no solid product layer between the interfaces of SiO_(2)particles in converter slag,the melting of particle is mainly controlled by chemical reaction mechanism,and the apparent activation energy is about 213.054 kJ/mol.
