摘 要:以工业固体废弃物煤矸石(CG)为原料,通过ZnCl_(2)改性法将其制备成改性煤矸石吸附剂(MCGA),并用于水体中甲基橙(MO)、孔雀石绿(MG)的吸附。研究不同制备条件对MCGA溶液中MO和MG吸附性能的影响,以确定MCGA的最佳制备条件,并在此最佳制备条件下,研究不同投加量、pH以及染料种类对吸附的影响。采用比表面积分析(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和Zeta电位分析对MCGA进行表征,分析MCGA的理化特性及其对MO和MG的吸附动力学、吸附等温线及作用机制。研究结果表明:MCGA的最佳制备条件是CG和ZnCl_(2)质量比为2꞉1,煅烧温度为600℃,煅烧时间为2 h;对MO和MG吸附效果最佳的MCGA比表面积大,以狭缝中孔结构为主,表面含有多种官能团。MO和MG的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程,MO和MG主要吸附于MCGA的中孔中,其在MCGA上的吸附以化学吸附为主,物理吸附为辅,包括MCGA表面官能团与染料分子间的氢键、阳离子—π、π—π作用以及MCGA与染料分子之间的静电作用。Using industrial solid waste coal gangue(CG)as raw material,it was prepared into a modified coal gangue adsorbent(MCGA)by the ZnCl_(2) modification method,and used for the adsorption of methyl orange(MO)and malachite green(MG)in water.The effect of different preparation conditions on the adsorption performance of MO and MG in the MCGA removal solution was studied to determine the best preparation conditions for MCGA.Under the optimal preparation conditions,the effects of different dosages,pH values and dye types on the adsorption were studied.Using specific surface area analysis(BET),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and Zeta potential analysis to characterize MCGA,analyze the physical and chemical properties of MCGA and its adsorption of MO and MG kinetics,adsorption isotherm and mechanism of action were analyzed.The results show that the best preparation conditions for MCGA are CG and ZnCl_(2) mass ratio 2꞉1,the calcination temperature is 600℃,and the calcination time is 2 h.MCGA,which has the best adsorption effect on MO and MG,has a large specific surface area,is dominated by a slit mesoporous structure,and contains a variety of functional groups on the surface.The adsorption kinetics of MO and MG conform to the quasi-two-stage kinetic model,and the adsorption isotherm conforms to the Freundlich equation.MO and MG are mainly adsorbed in the mesopores of MCGA,and their adsorption on MCGA is mainly chemical adsorption,and physical adsorption is auxiliary,including the hydrogen bonds,cation−πeffects,π−πeffects between MCGA surface functional groups and dye molecules,and electrostatic effects between the MCGA and dye molecule.
