前牙牙冠延长术后行不同修复材料冠修复对牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的评价前牙牙冠延长术后行不同修复材料冠修复治疗对患者牙周状况等方面的影响,为牙周修复治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2017年3月至2018年8月收治行前牙牙冠延长术后修复术治疗的患者,总计78例。结合修复材料不同,将78例患者分为对照组与试验组。对照组39例患者采取金属烤瓷修复,试验组39例患者采取氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对比两组患者修复后牙周情况、牙周炎以及牙龈炎等炎性反应情况、术后康复时间、戴临时修复体时间。结果试验组牙周正常比例(82%vs.51%)明显高于对照组,重度病损比例(0 vs.18%)少于对照组,牙炎性反应比例(2%vs.18%)少于对照组,术后康复时间[(60.00±2.50)d vs(.93.50±3.50)d]、戴临时修复体时间[(13.50±2.00)d vs.(20.50±3.30)d]均明显短于对照组,经统计学处理P<0.05。结论前牙牙冠延长术后行氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗对患者牙周状况有明显积极影响,且患者安全性高,缩短了术后恢复时间,是治疗优选修复材料。Objective To evaluate the effect of different restorations on periodontal status of patients after anterior crown lengthening,and to provide reference for periodontal restorations.Methods Seventy-eight patients were selected from our hospital from March 2017 to August 2018.Seventy-eight patients were divided into control group and experimental group.Thirty-nine patients in the control group were treated with porcelain fused to metal restoration,and 39 patients in the experimental group were treated with zirconia all ceramic crown restoration.Results The proportion of periodontal normal(82%vs.51%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the proportion of severe lesions(0 vs.18%)was less than that in the control group,the proportion of dental inflammatory reaction(2%vs.18%)was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative rehabilitation time[(60.00±2.50)d vs.(93.50±3.50)d]and the time of wearing temporary prosthesis[(13.50±2.00)d vs.(20.50±3.30)d]were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia all ceramic crown restoration after anterior tooth crown lengthening has a positive effect on the periodontal status of patients,and the patients have high safety and shorten the postoperative recovery time,so it is the best choice of restoration materials.
