分析自动痔疮套扎术与传统痔疮手术治疗痔疮的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比分析自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎术(M-M)、单纯外剥内扎术对混合痔患者的临床治疗有效性、安全性。方法研究组行自动痔疮套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗,对照组选用外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组手术时间对比P>0.05,研究组手术中出血量、术后创面愈合时间、术后肛门坠胀时间、术后住院时间等均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组随着术后时间延长,VAS法评分均呈逐渐下降趋势(组内对比P<0.05),而且研究组术后1 d、3 d、5 d VAS法评分均显著低于对照组(组间对比P<0.05);研究组混合痔患者术后并发症发生率(8.89%)显著低于对照组(48.89%),数据对比P<0.05。结论将自动痔疮套扎术联合外剥内扎术应用于混合痔患者临床治疗过程中有效性及安全性均较优,有利于患者术后尽快恢复健康。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of automatic hemorrhoid ligation(RPH)combined with external stripping and internal ligation(M-M)and simple external stripping and internal ligation for patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The study group was treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with external stripping and internal ligation,and the control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of operation time between the two groups was P>0.05.The bleeding amount during operation,wound healing time,postoperative anal collapse and postoperative hospitalization time in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the prolongation of postoperative time,the VAS scores showed a gradual downward trend(P<0.05 within the group comparison),and the VAS scores of the study group after 1 d,3 d,and 5 d were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 between the groups).The incidence of postoperative complications(8.89%)in patients with mixed hemorrhoids in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(48.89%),data comparison P<0.05.Conclusion The application of automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids is effective and safe,which is conducive to the recovery of patients'health as soon as possible after surgery.
