对老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者采取米氮平联合氨氯地平的临床意义和药理学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者采取米氮平联合氨氯地平的临床意义和药理学分析。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在辽宁省沈阳市精神卫生中心治疗的80例老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者,随机分组。对两组患者采用临床常规治疗方法,对照组40例老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者采取米氮平治疗,试验组40例老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者采取米氮平联合氨氯地平干预治疗,比较两组患者接受治疗后患者临床有效率比较,比较两组患者接受治疗后临床症状评分、疗效判定评分、心理状态评分、高血压相关评分。结果试验组患者接受治疗后临床有效率情况高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者接受治疗后临床症状评分、疗效判定评分、心理状态评分、高血压相关评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者来说,采取米氮平联合氨氯地平治疗的临床效果较好,可以有效改善老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者情况并能改善状态,故对老年高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者应采取氨氯地平联合氨氯地平治疗。Objective To explore the clinical significance and pharmacological analysis of mirtazapine combined with amlodipine in elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression.Methods Ninety elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression in Shenyang Mental Health Center of Liaoning province from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine clinical treatment,and 40 elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression in the control group were treated with mirtazapine;40 elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression in the experimental group were treated with mirtazapine combined with amlodipine.The clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared.The clinical symptom score,curative effect judgment score standard,psychological state score and hypertension related score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score,curative effect judgment score standard,psychological state score and hypertension related score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression,the clinical effect of mirtazapine combined with amlodipine is better,which can effectively improve the situation and state of elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression.Therefore,elderly patients with hypertension with anxiety and depression should be treated with amlodipine combined with amlodipine.
