结节性甲状腺肿应用超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对比分析超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术、传统开放性甲状腺手术对结节性甲状腺肿患者的治疗价值。方法将84例结节性甲状腺肿患者予以随机数字表法分组,每组42例。研究组结节性甲状腺肿患者行超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术治疗,对照组结节性甲状腺肿患者行传统开放性甲状腺切除术治疗。结果研究组术中所需时间、术中病灶切除时间、术中线结个数、术中出血量、手术切口长度均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组结节性甲状腺肿患者术后引流量、术后不同时间点(术后12 h、术后24 h)VAS评分、术后住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率为7.14%,对照组为30.95%,数据对比P<0.05。结论应用超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿患者有效性及安全性均较为理想。Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic value of ultrasonic knife-assisted small incision thyroid surgery and traditional open thyroid surgery in patients with nodular goiter.Methods A total of 84 patients with nodular goiter were randomly divided into groups,42 cases in each group.Patients with nodular goiter in the study group were treated with ultrasonic knife-assisted small incision thyroid surgery,and patients with nodular goiter in the control group were treated with traditional open thyroidectomy.Results The time required for intraoperative surgery,the time for intraoperative lesion resection,the number of intraoperative nodules,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and the length of surgical incision in the study group were significantly less than in the control group(P<0.05);Postoperative drainage volume,different postoperative time points(12 h and 24 h after surgery)VAS score and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were less than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 7.14%,the control group was 30.95%,(data comparison P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound knife assisted small incision thyroid surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with nodular goiter.
