左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎疗效分析。方法从我院2018年2月至2019年12月期间收治的盆腔炎中,随机抽取160例作为试验的研究对象,将其随机划分为研究组80例,参照组80例。研究组进行左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗,参照组实施奥硝唑治疗。比较两组的总治疗有效率、血清炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-2、hs-CRP)水平、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))水平、临床症状改善时间。结果研究组的总治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗前的血清炎性因子、T淋巴细胞亚群水平对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在治疗后研究组的血清炎性因子水平显著低于参照组(P<0.05),T淋巴细胞亚群水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的临床症状改善时间显著短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗对盆腔炎患者的治疗效果显著,可有效减轻炎症,增强免疫功能,快速缓解临床症状。Objective Analysis of the efficacy of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease in the combination of levofloxacin and ornidazole.Methods In the pelvic inflammatory disease received from February 2018 to December 2019,160 cases were randomly selected as the subject of the experiment,and it was randomly divided into 80 cases in the study group and 80 cases in the reference group.The study group used levofloxacin combined with ornidazole for treatment,and the treatment of ornidazole was carried out by reference group.The total treatment efficiency,serum inflammatory factor(TNF-α,IL-2,hs-CRP)levels,T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))levels,and clinical symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of serum inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum inflammatory factor levels were significantly lower in the study group than in the reference group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with ornidazole has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,can effectively reduce inflammation,enhance immune function,and quickly relieve clinical symptoms.
